a class action lawsuit may affect your rights.
A federal court authorized this Notice.
Individuals who purchased notes issued by one or more of the aforementioned corporations have sued Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and The Bank of New York Mellon alleging breach of contract. The United States District Court for the Central District of California has allowed the lawsuit to be a class action on behalf of all noteholders who purchased or acquired notes issued by one or more of the aforementioned corporations.
The Court has not decided whether Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. or The Bank of New York Mellon did anything wrong. There is no money available now, and no guarantee there will be. The primary purpose of the Notice is to inform you of the lawsuit so that you are able to make an informed decision as to whether you should either remain a member of the Class or exclude yourself from the Class.
