If you were charged Overdraft Fees by Intrust Bank from October 1, 2005 to June 30, 2010, you may be eligible to receive a payment from a class action settlement.

Generally, the Class includes all Intrust Account customers who maintained an Intrust Account while residing within the State of Kansas and who from October 1, 2005 to June 30, 2010, incurred more than one Overdraft Fee on a single banking day, at least one of which was on a debit card transaction. This class excludes Intrust, any parent, subsidiary or affiliate, and their officers, directors, employees, and attorneys. Also excluded from the Settlement Class is any judicial officer who presides over the fairness proceedings and members of his staff.

Class Members do not need to do anything to receive a payment under the Settlement Agreement.

Preliminary Approval:	January 17, 2012
Submit a Request for Exclusion:	May 1, 2012
Submit an Objection:	May 1, 2012
Fairness Hearing:	May 21, 2012
