Chambers v. Weber-Stephen Products LLC

This is the website for the Chambers v. Weber-Stephen Products LLC ("Weber") class action settlement. A hearing was held on July 20, 2011, and the Court approved the settlement.

The settlement that the Court approved is now final. The appeal that was filed has been dismissed. For those class members who completed and filed claim forms as required by the Notice of Proposed Settlement of Class Action, settlement checks will be mailed to you by approximately March 13, 2013.
