This website pertains to all persons employed by Marvell Semiconductor, Inc. (“Marvell” or “Defendant”) in California from October 19, 2002 through May 10, 2010 (the “Class Period”) as Individual Contributor Engineers who held the titles of PCB Designer, Associate Engineer, Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Senior Engineer, who at any time during the Class Period while holding these positions did not have a degree above a baccalaureate degree nor a degree above a baccalaureate degree in a field of science related to the work performed during the Class Period and who did not opt-out of participation in this lawsuit in response to the Court’s Notice of Class Certification delivered on March 12, 2010 and who (1) earned an annual salary of $79,050.00 or less at any point during the Class Period and (2) (a) held a non-science related degree or (b) held a bachelor of science degree with two or less years of work experience on their hire date, and who is provided an Individual Settlement Payment in exchange for dismissing all claims in the Action with prejudice and subject to agreeing to a full release of claims.
Note: the final hearing has been continued to July 2012.
